Patients who call your office after hours will be given a local number to call, where they will be prompted to leave a brief message and a call back number. A Registered Nurse (RN) will call the patient back within our 30 minute guarantee window to assess the patient using standard telephone protocols by Barton Schmitt.

We are available anytime your office is closed, 365 days a year. This includes all holidays.

We provide after hour triage for pediatricians is in all Nurse Licence Compact States (NLC States) associated with the state of Texas.
